Finding a restaurant in Yanaka and Nezu for lunch at 1:00 PM was a bit challenging after 30 minutes of walking around.
By chance, we found a Soba restaurant named Sanri (Misato) and the chef and owner had three tables available for us to eat.
The old chef worked alone in his kitchen, preparing everything from the drinks to the food. Although he did not speak English, he provided us with an English menu and served our buckwheat teas and took our food order.
We ordered kamo-seire soba with duck meat and duck broth. The combination of delicate and soft was delicious. His soba was made from scratch. The soba noodles had a firm and smooth texture, were high quality, and tasted delicious.
We ordered some appetizers as well, including his amazing soft tofu and tiny fried shrimp. They were simply excellent.
It was fortunate that we stumbled upon this place; it felt like we had found a small treasure.

P.S. We were so happy to find a place to eat that we even forgot to take some pictures of the restaurant and the food
