Seiberts

Seiberts is an interesting place in Cologne. We happened to stumble upon the location. Initially, we intended to visit Sinatra and Monroe's Bar, which has received favorable reviews. However, it appeared to be closed on Saturday night at 19:00. Consequently, we proceeded to Seiberts, where we observed a few patrons queuing up in a manner similar to that of a discotheque. A guard was present to direct us to the bar's interior.

The bar was crowded; there were only two tiny places left inside. Otherwise, there was an outdoor patio which was beautiful, but the weather at the time was a little bit cold. 

This cocktail bar, led by Volker Seibert, offers an intimate setting. Bartenders are skilled at creating custom cocktails based on individual preferences, using innovative techniques. With a stylish ambiance, Seibert is known for its quality drinks and personalized service. The bar is considered a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and memorable cocktail experience.
