We discovered Hisa Linhart by walking around the small medieval town of Radovljica in Slovenia and saw that the restaurant possesses a Michelin star and it offers a very interesting lunch menu for 35 euros for a soup, a main dish and a dessert.
The restaurant is located in a Gothic building from the 16th century. Hisa Linhart is also a hotel that offers overnight accommodations for guests.
We had high expectations for a Michelin-starred chef to serve us an amazing meal, but our entire meal was disappointing. The only good dish we had was the amuse-bouche.
Although we didn't taste the wines, the non-alcoholic drinks were very good.
The service of a young waiter was a bit hesitant, and the restaurant host occasionally needed to lend a hand to him.
Unfortunately, we had the worst meal during our trip to Slovenia at Hisa Linhart.
