It seems to us that now a day big hotel chains and hotel managers do not care to supply an excellent service to their customers. They care more about their images and artificial concepts from nowhere and try to sell it to us as something cool and hype, and mostly they care to make us pay services that they should make it free for us such as wifi in our room, the use of their business centers without charges, and the most important have an early checking for families with young kids.
Excellence should be the key word at their five stars branches hotels, but instead we got the same service like we got if we go to a fast food chain, even though, sometimes we could get a better a reception at a fast food chain than we had recently at a five stars Intercontinental Asiana hotel in Saigon and the Mia Resort in Nha Trang, Vietnam.
